Award Winning Recruitment Advertising Agency RCC HR

This week one of the UK’s fastest growing recruitment advertising agencies RCC HR threw the industry into the spotlight by receiving the great honour of an award - and not your average over hyped thankyou from the media for an excessive year of spending. No, this honour came directly from a delighted client.

Bromford Housing Group, a visionary market leader driving the social housing sector forward, invited RCC HR to attend their Annual Conference to receive the great accolade of Partnership of the Year 2005/6.

RCC was selected over a host of other suppliers for the innovative work they have done with Bromford’s HR Team, including the development of “Open House” - an assessment centre that enables Bromford to tackle the industry crisis of skills shortages by giving them the tools to recruit for attitude and train for skill. RCC HR was also recognised for the development of Bromford’s Employer Branding, which gives them a competitive advantage and differentiation in a marketplace where they compete with commercial businesses to be recognised as a “First choice” employer.

They briefed RCC HR to develop an employer branded application pack “with a difference”. Bromford said, “We know that job seekers apply for more than one vacancy when searching for work, so we want our pack to be the first one they pick up when it arrives through their letter box with a selection of others. We want candidates to read our pack and return the form with anticipation.”
